These Terms apply to all offerings by Higher Social, LLC, including but not limited to:

Live or recorded trainings, workshops, and memberships

Digital downloads, templates, and coaching services

By accessing or purchasing from any Higher Social platform or website, you agree to abide by these Terms.


2. Personal Use Only

All purchases are for individual use only. Materials may not be:

Shared, resold, copied, distributed, or repurposed

Recorded or broadcast without prior written permission

Unauthorized sharing or misuse may result in revoked access without refund and potential legal action.


3. Subscriptions & Payments

Programs may be offered on monthly, annual, or one-time (lifetime) payment plans.

By enrolling in a subscription, you authorize recurring billing to your chosen payment method.

Lifetime access plans require full payment (or completion of a payment plan) before access is granted.

Renewals & Cancellations:

Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled in writing at least 72 hours before your next billing date.

All sales are final; no refunds will be issued once payment is processed.
